Well, I was at a Birthday Party and the guest of honor receives this incredible candle. All the other guests were in love with this candle as was I. The packaging is impressive and the scent was inviting and sexy.
I reached out to the candle designer, Amber Sakai, to give her my complements. I said the fragrance is very "boutique" and she responded, "no, it's Bespoke". Made me laugh, but it is true. Amber Sakai's goal is to create scents that evoke emotions and nostalgic memories to share and therefore create new ones.
Amber worked with Maison Duquesne to create this collection of scents. Developed in Grasse, France and poured in California, USA. She then partnered with artist, Alexandra Grant, to create a gold-plated candle holder featuring Alexandra's iconic LOVE symbol that benefits artists, Project Angel Food and other art non-profits. Together making a stunning candle and holder combination that can be re-used and re-purposed in the future.
Each candle sold, they will donate a portion of proceeds towards these non-profit partners and more.
